A store account lists your orders with the blade, the length and the quantity, so you can see exactly what you bought last time.

Keep your billing and delivery addresses against your account instead of typing them again.

You can create an account at any time, with or without sending a request. Checkout is open to everyone, so an account is never needed to buy.

Paying for trade orders

Orders in the shop are paid by card through Stripe, and that is the same for everyone, trade or not. The payments page covers how the checkout works.

Anything beyond that, such as arrangements for regular orders, is agreed with you directly once you have been in touch. Nothing is promised on this page, and the prices in the shop are the prices you pay at checkout.

Who is a trade account for?

Anyone who buys blades on repeat: joinery shops, sawmills, fabricators, food processors, maintenance teams. If the same specification goes into your machines every month, tell us what you buy.

Can I order without a trade account?

Yes. Checkout is open to everyone, one blade or a batch, as a guest or with an account.

Is there a trade discount?

The prices in the shop are the prices you pay at checkout. If you would like to talk about regular orders, send a request and we will come back to you.

What happens after I send the form?

Your request reaches us as an enquiry and we reply to the email address you gave.
