Blade choice, loop lengths, an order in progress or something the site does not answer: send it over and we reply to the email address you give. If you are unsure what to ask, the machine, the material and the blade length are the three things we always need.

Make your message easy to answer

A few details let us answer in one go instead of asking you for them first.

  • The machine: make and model, and the blade length it takes if you know it.
  • The material: what you are cutting and roughly how thick.
  • The blade: the width, the tooth pitch (TPI) and the brand, if you already have one in mind.
  • An order: the order number from your confirmation email.
